Outlook Actionable Messages (sn_ms_oam) プラグインをインストールして、アクション可能なメッセージを設定します。

## 始める前に

必要なロール：oam_admin

## 手順

1. 移動先 システムアプリケーション利用可能なすべてのアプリケーションすべて.
2. 検索フィールドに「 <kbd class="ph userinput">Outlook Actionable Messages</kbd>」と入力します。  
   名前または ID でアプリケーションを検索できます。アプリケーションが見つからない場合は、ServiceNow ストアから要求する必要がある場合があります。[ServiceNow ストア](https://store.servicenow.com/sn_appstore_store.do#!/store/home) Web サイトにアクセスして、利用可能なすべてのアプリを表示し、要求をストアに送信する方法について確認してください。リリースされたすべてのアプリのこれまでのリリースノート情報については、「[ServiceNow ストアのバージョン履歴リリースノート](https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/store-release-notes/page/release-notes/store/sn-store-release-notes.html)」を参照してください。
