    • Enable external users to register to a ServiceNow app through Service Portal.

    Role required: admin

    手順

    1. Navigate to All > Service Portal > Portals.
    2. Open a portal record.
    3. On the form, fill in the External user registration configuration field.

      Select a user registration configuration.

    4. Click Update.
