# Microsoft Teams との対話型統合 を削除 {#ariaid-title1}

ServiceNow仮想エージェントボットまたは自己設定ボット間の統合を削除し、アプリとServiceNowインスタンスの関連付けをMicrosoft Teamsします。

## 始める前に

必要なロール：

* Virtual_agent_adminとexternal_app_install_adminまたはアドミン
* サードパーティアプリケーションのアドミニストレーター

## 手順

1. 移動先 すべて対話型インターフェースチャネルと統合.
2. \[チャネルと統合 (Channels and integrations)\] ページのMicrosoft Teamsタイルで、\[管理\] を選択します
3. \[Microsoft Teamsチャネルを管理\] ページで、削除する統合 (Now 仮想エージェント ボットまたは自己設定ボット) を見つけて、\[ボットを管理\] アイコン ![\[ボットを管理\] アイコン]()を選択し、\[ 統合を削除\] を選択します。

4. \[統合を削除\] 確認メッセージで、\[ 削除\] を選択して統合の削除を続行します。  
   選択した Microsoft Teams ボットとの仮想エージェント統合が削除されました。
