Glide 仮想エージェント \[com.glide.cs.chatbot\] プラグインと Conversational Integration with Google Chat \[sn_va_google-chat\] プラグインをアクティブ化します。

## 始める前に

必要なロール:virtual_agent_admin または admin および external_app_install_admin

## このタスクについて

複数のプラグインとアプリケーションをアクティブ化してインストールし、Conversational Integration with Google Chat のインストールを完了します。プラグインのアクティブ化の詳細については、「 [プラグインのアクティブ化](https://www.servicenow.com/docs/access?context=t_ActivateAPlugin&version=australia&pubname=australia-platform-administration&ft:locale=en-US)」を参照してください。

## 手順

1. Glide 仮想エージェント \[com.glide.cs.chatbot\] プラグインをインストールします。

2. ServiceNow® Store から Google Chat アプリをダウンロードします。

3. Google Chat \[sn_va_google-chat\] プラグインを ServiceNow インスタンスにインストールします。
