Activate and define a scheduled job to automatically terminate requested or allocated efforts based on the last working day of the resource.

## Before you begin

Role required: admin

## Procedure

1. Navigate to AllSystem DefinitionScheduled Jobs.
2. Filter the name field to locate and open Resource Termination Handler record.
3. Select Active.
4. On the Scheduled Script Execution form, fill the fields.  
   For a description of the field names, see [Scheduled Script Execution form](https://servicenow-prod.fluidtopics.net/B3nXxnKgGXhYALELX3hbbw "Scheduled Jobs are automated pieces of work that can be performed at a specific time or on a recurring schedule.")
5. Select Update to save your changes or Execute Now to run the scheduled job immediately.
