# Manage Risk, Issue, Decision, Action, or Request Change (RIDAC) {#ariaid-title1}

Use RIDAC to identify, track, and manage risks, issues, decisions, actions, and change requests in Project Workspace.

## Overview of RIDAC {#manage-ridac-pw__cf-using-parent-workflow}

RIDAC stands for Risks, Issues, Decisions, Actions, and Change Requests. It is a structured framework that helps you maintain project health and governance by tracking all the factors that can affect your project's success. Each
RIDAC element serves a specific purpose:

* Risks: Potential events or conditions that may impact your project if they occur
* Issues: Current problems or obstacles that are actively affecting your project
* Decisions: Key choices made during the project that needs to be documented and tracked
* Actions: Tasks or steps that must be completed to address risks, issues, or decisions
* Change Requests: Proposed modifications to the project scope, schedule, or resources

The RIDAC menu is expanded by default when you open Project Workspace, displaying all three sub-menus: AI Identified Risks, RIDAC by Type, and All RIDAC. If you collapse the RIDAC menu, it stays
collapsed for the rest of your session. The changed view is saved as user preference and is retained even after actions
such as accepting a risk from AI Identified Risks and
reloading the
page.
