Active Automations
This section details all active automations across various sources, highlighting their business criticality. Customers can filter data by date range, specific automations, or departments to tailor the displayed results. Without filters, all active automations are shown.
The Active Automations reports include:
- Deployed automations by business criticality: Visualizes how many automations are highly critical versus less critical, helping prioritize management efforts.
- Execution summaries by source: Displays execution data from multiple sources like ServiceNow Flow, ServiceNow RPA, and third-party integrations, enabling evaluation of source contributions.
- Robotic Process Automation (RPA) by source: Shows timelines of RPA data sent to Automation Center, grouped by source.
- Automations by ServiceNow Flow: Presents timelines of automations using ServiceNow Flow.
- Document Intelligence (DocIntel): Provides timelines related to Document Intelligence automations.
- Top 10 applications used: Lists the most utilized business applications associated with automations, helping identify key automation targets.
Spokes & Transactions
This section provides insights into spokes and transactions in your instance, accessible to users with snac.automationtechnicaluser or snac.automationadmin roles.
Key data includes:
- Total entitled spokes: Number of spokes you are entitled to and have installed.
- Installed spokes: Spokes currently installed in your instance.
- Configured spokes: Spokes with configured connections.
- Total entitled transactions: Total transactions available for use.
- Consumed transactions: Transactions used to date.
- Applications with most transactions: Scope applications with the highest transaction usage, filterable by time period (default last month).
- Spokes with most transactions: Spokes with the highest transaction consumption, also filterable by time period (default last month).
Future Automations
This section provides visibility into active automations planned for the future, filterable by department or showing all departments if no filter is applied.
Reports include:
- New requests: Automations currently in the New state.
- Requests by intake source: Grouped by intake sources such as Web, Process Mining, or Service Request.
- Requests to be deployed: Automations ready for deployment.
- Most recent requests: Automation requests sorted from newest to oldest.

Active automations
Active automations provides details of all the active automations from different sources and their business criticality. You can filter the data to view information within a specific date range, for a specific automation, or for a specific department. After you set the filter, the results will be displayed only for the specified filter. If you don’t set any filter, then data for all active automations is displayed.
The Active automations section provides reports with the following details in the form of chart.

Spokes & Transactions

Future automations
The Future automations section provides details about all active automations that are planned for the future.
You can filter the data by department. If no department is selected, the data is displayed for all departments.
