    Role required: sn_generative_ai.nsa_admin

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > Now Assist Admin > Skills.
    2. Select Other under Platform.
    3. Turn on the skill from the list.
      The skill is activated on your instance.
      • User Task Summarization skill: Creates automation requests from the Task Mining Workspace
      • Saving Estimator skill: Explores and discovers automations from your ServiceNow® instance.
