# Manage Impact Delivery Instance users

# Manage Impact Delivery Instance users {#ariaid-title1}

Impact Delivery Instance (IDI) admins can create, view, and manage their users.

## Before you begin

When you log in to Impact, you’ll see a personalized view of your objectives, metrics, and recommendations tied directly to your role.") for information about Impact role permissions.

Role required: Impact admin

## Procedure

1. Navigate to ImpactUser Profile MenuManage Users.
2. Select Add new user.
3. Enter the relevant information including:  
   * User email (required)
   * User First and Last names (required)
   * Impact role
   * Impact feature access
   * ServiceNow University access role

4. Select Submit.  
   The new user is created.

Edit or remove user permissions

5. Navigate to ImpactUser Profile MenuManage Users.
6. Select View all users.
7. Enter the users name into the Search users field.
8. Select ActionsEdit role(s).
9. Edit the user role and access accordingly.  
   Set the user role to None to remove IDI access.
10. Select Confirm.  
    * A confirmation message displays then you are returned to the company users page.
    * An email will be sent to the user with information on how to log in to Impact.
