Connectez-vous ServiceNow University à Coaching avec Apprentissage pour extraire des cours de ServiceNow University votre ServiceNow instance.

## Avant de commencer

Rôle requis : administrateur  
* Intégrer Coaching avec Apprentissage à ServiceNow University. * Contactez [nowlearningapi@servicenow.com](mailto:nowlearningapi_servicenow.com) pour obtenir vos informations d'identification de spoke.  
  Remarque :  
  Vous devez disposer d'un abonnement à une licence ITSM Enterprise pour obtenir vos informations d'identification de spoke.

## Procédure

1. Accédez à la ToutConnexionset informations d'identificationAlias de connexions et d'informations d'identification.
2. Sélectionnez ServiceNow University.
3. Sélectionnez le lien connexe Créer une nouvelle connexion et informations d'identification .  
   Le formulaire Créer une connexion et des informations d'identification s'affiche.
4. Créez la ServiceNow University connexion.
   1. Renseignez les champs du formulaire.

      | Nom de la connexion | Un nom unique pour la connexion ; par exemple, ServiceNow University Connexion. |
      | URL de connexion | Serveur ServiceNow permettant de récupérer les informations d'API. Valeur par défaut : <https://api.servicenow.com>. |
      | Version de l'API | Version de l'URL de connexion pour se connecter au serveur de connexion. Valeur par défaut : v1 |
      | Ocp-Apim-Subscription-Key | Clé de chiffrement de l'abonnement ServiceNow University . Contactez [nowlearningapi@servicenow.com](mailto:nowlearningapi_servicenow.com) pour obtenir votre clé de chiffrement. |
      | Informations d'identification OAuth ||
      | Nom des informations d'identification | Nom unique pour les informations d'identification ; par exemple, ServiceNow University Informations d'identification. |
      | URL de jeton | Dans votre navigateur Web, saisissez : <https://ssosignon.servicenow.com/oauth2/ausxfcnusg830r7kp0x7/v1/token>Il s'agit du lien vers le point de terminaison du jeton du serveur OAuth. |
      | ID client | ID client de l'application enregistré dans le serveur OAuth tiers. Communiquez avec [nowlearningapi@servicenow.com](mailto:nowlearningapi_servicenow.com) pour obtenir votre numéro de client. |

   2. Sélectionnez Créer et obtenir un jeton OAuth.

## Résultats

L'alias de connexion que vous avez créé apparaît dans la liste connexe Connexion et informations d'identification.  
Important :  
* Vous ne pouvez avoir qu'une seule connexion dans la liste connexe Connexions. Si vous créez une autre connexion, vous devez rendre la première inactive.
* Le jeton OAuth s'affiche également dans le répertoire Spoke ServiceNow UniversityInformations d'identification. Vous ne pouvez avoir qu'un seul identifiant actif ServiceNow University . Si vous créez d'autres informations d'identification, vous devez rendre les premières inactives.
