Interrogez un enregistrement unique de la table ciblée par `sys_id` et renvoyez l'enregistrement et ses champs.

## Champs d'entrée

Un élément \<sys_id\> identifiant le sys_id de l'enregistrement à récupérer.

## Champs de sortie

Élément `getResponse` encapsulant toutes les valeurs de champ de l'enregistrement récupéré.
