# Lancer une conversation de messagerie instantanée avec le groupe d'affectation à partir d'un incident majeur {#ariaid-title1}

Lancez une conversation de messagerie instantanée avec le groupe d'affectation à partir d'un enregistrement d'incident majeur pour discuter de la résolution du problème.

## Avant de commencer

Rôle requis : major_incident_manager, itil, itil_admin ou admin

## Procédure

1. Ouvrez l'application Agent mobile ITSM.
2. Appuyez sur l'onglet Incidents majeurs, puis appuyez sur Tout voir.  
3. Appuyez sur l'enregistrement d'incident majeur sur lequel vous souhaitez travailler.
4. Appuyez sur Groupe d'affectation.  
5. Effectuez l'une des actions suivantes :

   | Option | Action |
   |:-|:-|
   | Lancer la messagerie instantanée dans Slack | Appuyez sur le groupe d'affectation Slack. |
   | Lancer la messagerie instantanée dans Microsoft Teams | Appuyez sur le groupe d'affectation Microsoft Teams. |

   Remarque :  
   le contact du groupe d'affectation Slack et Microsoft Teams est affiché uniquement si le groupe d'affectation dispose de comptes Slack et Microsoft Teams valides.

   Vous pouvez également interagir avec un utilisateur à partir du groupe d'affectation. Appuyez sur le groupe d'affectation, puis appuyez sur un utilisateur et sélectionnez Slack ou Microsoft Teams pour lancer une conversation.
