# Disclosure overview in the Operational Sustainability Workspace (formerly ESG Workspace) {#ariaid-title1}

The Overview tab for the disclosure records in the Operational Sustainability Workspace is designed for different users to view the state and summary of the
disclosures.

The new Operational Sustainability Workspace is enhanced to ease the way that you perform your daily
tasks. The list view in the workspace shows a simplified list of all the modules. You can access
the disclosures by navigating to Disclosures in the List view.

Select a disclosure in the List view to display the details of the disclosure. The top section displays the title of the disclosure, the type of the disclosure, its state, and the owner that the disclosure is assigned to.

## Sections in the Disclosure Overview tab {#disclosure-overview-esg-workspace__section_krw_wsf_krb}

The Disclosure Overview tab displays the following sections:

* Disclosure summary

The State section displays the stepper component for the disclosure. The stepper component
displays the completion of various states of the disclosure such as Draft, Work in Progress,
Review, and Completed.

The Disclosure summary section displays the goals that are listed in the disclosure. Each goal
record displays the metric, period, and unit associated with the disclosure. For example, the
goal listed in the disclosure for a particular organization is to reduce its carbon footprint
and aspire to be 100% Carbon Neutral by 2025. The metric to measure the goal is the criteria
defined in the Scope 1 GHG emissions. The unit to measure the metric is Metric tons of carbon
dioxide for the given period.

If you want to export the data in the disclosure to an Excel spreadsheet, select Export to excel in the Disclosure summary section.
