Attach the Calculation Guidance PDF to the designated emission calculation guidelines table record to enable the carbon calculations agentic workflow. The agent relies on this document to extract calculation methods,
formulas, and category details for automated metric definition creation.

## Before you begin

Role required: sn_esg.admin

## Procedure

1. In the filter navigator, enter <kbd class="ph userinput">sn_esg_gen_ai_emission_calculation_guidelines.list</kbd>.
2. Select Scope3 Calculation Guidance.
3. On the form, review the following fields.

   | Name | Name for the document. This field is automatically set. |
   | Domain | Domain in which the table is being created. This field is automatically set. |
   | Description | Description of the document. This field is automatically set. |

4. Select option.
5. In the Attachments pop-up, select Choose file.
6. Select the document that you want to attach from your local and select Open.
7. Close the pop-up and select Submit.
