# Assessment notification workflow

The system sends assessment notifications according to the Notify assessment user
workflow. Users with the workflow_admin, workflow_creator, or workflow_publisher roles
can view
workflows.
1. To open the graphical Workflow Editor, navigate to WorkflowWorkflow Editor.
2. In the activity menu, click the link to choose an existing workflow.Abbildung : 1. Workflow Window
3. Select Notify assessment user from the Workflow Versions list.
