Learn how to find and manage duplicate knowledge articles in the Knowledge Center.

Duplicate articles can confuse readers and reduce search accuracy. Use this task to identify duplicates and take corrective actions to maintain content quality.  
Hinweis:  
The Potential Duplicate card on the dashboard displays a trend analysis of the number of duplicate topics for the current year. The card will not display detailed information if the scheduled job runs are fewer than four.

## Prozedur

1. Navigate to AllKnowledgeKnowledge center.  
   You can also access Knowledge center through WorkspacesKnowledge center
2. In the Insights section, under Potential Duplicates, select View all to view the duplicate articles list.
3. Select the duplicate articles that you want to unmark as duplicate.
4. Select Unmark as Duplicate to remove the duplicate tag if the article is valid.
5. Confirm your action if prompted.

## Ergebnisse

The duplicate articles are resolved, improving content accuracy and reducing redundancy.
