Learn more about customizing keyboard shortcuts from the following tutorial:

## Prozedur

1. Navigate to User MenuKeyboard shortcuts.  
   The keyboard shortcuts modal opens.Abbildung : 1. Keyboard shortcuts modal
2. Select Remap keyboard shortcuts.
3. Find an existing keyboard shortcut that you want to customize by either scrolling or entering text.
   * Scroll vertically through the list of available keyboard shortcuts.
   * Enter text into the Search field to search through the entire list of available keyboard shortcuts.

   Hinweis:  
   The pencil icon ![]() appears for those keyboard shortcuts that are customizable. Currently, not all existing shortcuts are customizable.
4. Open the keyboard shortcut field for editing by selecting the pencil icon ![]().
5. Enter the key combination that you want to use as the keyboard shortcut and select the green check mark to accept and save your entry.  
   Hinweis:  
   A keyboard shortcut must include at least one modifier and one letter. For example, Command + K.

   The modal notifies you if you enter a key combination that is already in use.Abbildung : 3. Keyboard shortcut already exists message
6. **Wahlweise:** If you decide not to save your new shortcut, select X or Close to cancel.
7. **Wahlweise:** To restore all remapped keyboard shortcuts to their original values, select Restore Defaults.  
   A dialog box appears for you to confirm or deny this request.
