Compare user records to understand the access between two users.

## Vorbereitungen

Role required: access_analyzer_admin

The following procedure describes the steps for comparing user records using the Access Analyzer.
Hinweis:
Access Analyzer is a ServiceNow® Store product.

## Prozedur

1. Navigate to AllAccess AnalyzerAnalyze Permissions.
2. On the Analyze access and permissions homepage, select the Compare user records tab.
3. Select user 1 and user 2 for comparison.
   For example, <kbd class="ph userinput">ITIL User</kbd> as user 1 and <kbd class="ph userinput">Abel Tuter</kbd> as user 2.
4. Click Compare user records.
The results show in the Details, Roles, and Groups tabs:

   * Roles: Displays the roles that are assigned to the user. You can select the role to know more about the role and its entitlements.
   * Groups: Displays the groups that are assigned to the user. You can select the group to know more about the group and its entitlements.
