The Automation form enables you to configure properties and pull data from referenced tables for an automated call attempt.
Dot-walking enables you to access columns from referenced tables so you can pull data beyond the current record into your configuration. | Field | Description |

| Short description | The parent table field containing a value that you want to use as a short description on the call task. |
| Description | Optional description about the schedule call activity. |
| Phone number | The parent table field containing the phone number. |
| Sequence task | Sequence task associated with the call task. This value should be 1.1 - Start sequenceSequence task record. |
| Assigned to | Agent assigned to the sequence task. |
| Priority | Priority of the call task. |
| Reason for call | Purpose of calling the prospective customer. |
