The Sales Common for Channel Partners plugin (com.snc.partner_relationship_management_sales_common) application uses roles to provide access to information, identify internal and external users, and maintain data
security.  
The PRM plugin (com.snc.partner_relationship_management) comes with a set of functional and granular roles, each with varying levels of access.{#roles-and-components-of-sales-common__table_ytm_bgs_3hc__entry__3}

| sn_prm_sales_partner_b2b_sales_rep | This role is assigned to external channel partner organizational staff to manage the entire sales lead to cash life cycle for B2B customers. |   |
| sn_prm_sales_partner_b2c_sales_rep | This role is assigned to external channel partner organizational staff to manage the entire sales lead to cash life cycle for B2C customers. |   |
| sn_prm_sales_partner_sales_manager | This role is assigned to external channel partner organizational staff to manage the entire sales lead to cash life cycle for B2B and B2C customers. |   |
| sn_prm_sales_partner_sales_relationship_manager | This role is assigned to enterprise personnel to manage the entire sales lead to cash life cycle for the hierarchy of their channel partners. |   |
