The Specification Versions form enables you to view version information for a selected specification before you retire or archive it.

| Field | Description |
|-|-|
| Number | Auto-generated ID for the product specification version. |
| Display Name | Displayed name that appears for the specification in the ServiceNow AI Platform when this version of the specification is in effect. |
| Version | Version number that is assigned to this specification version. |
| State | State of the product specification version: Draft :   Unpublished draft product specification version that is assigned when you first create the specification record. Published :   Published product specification version that is assigned when you formally publish it for use in a product offering. Retired :   Product specification version that is retired and can't be used in a product offering or to create another specification version. Archived :   Product specification that is no longer being used in the ordering or fulfillment process. |
| Created | Date and time at which the specification version was created. |
| Created by | ID of the logged-in user who created the specification version. |
| Updated | Date and time at which the specification version was last updated. |
| Updated by | ID of the logged-in user who last updated the specification version. |
