# Complete sequence tasks

# Complete predefined customer engagement tasks {#ariaid-title1}

Execute predefined sequence steps in your sequence tasks in the CSM Configurable Workspace to engage with your prospective customers.

## Vorbereitungen

Role required: Sequence executor \[sn_crm_sequence.executor\]

## Prozedur

1. Navigate to WorkspacesCSM/FSM Configurable Workspace.
2. Select the List icon .
3. Navigate to SequencesMy Sequence Tasks.
4. Select a sequence task record.
5. When the record opens, select the Sequence Steps tab.  
   The navigation pane lists the activities or steps you need to complete. The activity details and actions are displayed in the work area.
6. **Wahlweise:** View sequence steps in Workflow Studio.
   1. Go to the Details tab.
   2. Select the Open record icon next to the Sequence field and select Open record.  
      The associated sequence record opens in a new tab.
   3. View the sequence by selecting Open steps.  
      You're redirected to Workflow Studio where you can view the sequence diagram, including stages and activities.

7. After completing an activity, select an appropriate option to move to the next activity.  
   The sequence is marked as Completed when you finish all activities in the sequence task.
