Field descriptions for creating a contact record from the ServiceNow CRM for Outlook add-in.

| First name | First name of the contact. |
| Last name | Last name of the contact. |
| Email | Email address of the contact pre-populated from the email sender. |
| Business phone | Business phone number of the contact. |
| Mobile phone | Mobile phone number of the contact. |
| Account | Account associated with the contact. |
| Title | Job title of the contact. |
| Time zone | Time zone of the contact. |
| Language | Preferred language of the contact. |
| Notification | Setting to enable or disable notifications for this contact. |
