Install the Segment Management application (com.snc.segment_mgmt) from the ServiceNow® Store to manage and group entities into various segments to promote progression.  
The Segment Management plugin (com.snc.segment_mgmt) provides a general framework to create and manage segments and segmentation across various domains. Admins and users with various roles must perform the following configuration tasks to set up the segment management application.{#configure-segment-management__table_r3k_nr1_fhc__entry__3}
