A dashboard viewer has several ways to affect what a data visualization shows in runtime.
* **[Select a group-by value in a data visualization as a viewer](https://servicenow-prod.fluidtopics.net/~SQWpU5UUCK71eUyPicMXg)**   
  A viewer of a data visualization can select the value for grouping the data in the visualization.
* **[Refresh a data visualization as a viewer](https://servicenow-prod.fluidtopics.net/uOs2OMHUCv9k1mpXf6kNSw)**   
  A viewer of a data visualization can refresh that data visualization without refreshing the page or having editing rights.
* **[Download a data visualization from a dashboard](https://servicenow-prod.fluidtopics.net/ekb9xItoP5Yh3mJGK2FD0g)**   
  As a viewer, download individual data visualizations from a dashboard or the Visualization Designer. Output formats differ between Lists and other data visualizations. The available output formats are CSV, Excel, PNG and JPEG.
