An individual can select to opt in or opt out of Usage Insights advanced tracking at any time.

You can opt in or opt out of advanced tracking on a mobile device, in the Service Portal, or in the web-based UI. The selection to either opt in or opt out applies to all areas where Usage Insights advanced tracking takes place.

## Prozedur

Access a platform to configure Usage Insights advanced tracking settings either via your mobile application, the Service Portal, or the web-based UI.

| Mobile application | 1. Tap More (![More icon.]()) in the navigation bar. 2. Tap Settings (![Setting icon.]()). 3. On the Settings page, tap the Analytics option. 4.   Administrators can edit the text that is displayed in the modal window when a user's location is assigned to a Notice or Explicit Opt-In consent policy.

  When Usage Insights is enabled, the ServiceNow Services Privacy Statement is linked by default. However, administrators can update the link to point to the organization privacy policy.
