The GC Dashboard serves as a central command center for monitoring how effectively the legal function supports the organization. It consolidates high-value metrics such as contract volumes, legal request turnaround time, privacy
request aging, invoice processing trends, and usage of legal self-service channels.

This dashboard visualizes the end-to-end performance of legal operations, including open contracts by deal size, legal request MTTR, privacy request backlogs, invoice cycle times, and adoption of digital legal services. These
indicators help legal leaders understand workload distribution, identify operational bottlenecks, improve compliance responsiveness, and ensure that legal processes are timely, effective, and scalable.
