  • The Now Assist for Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) application provides agentic workflows that enable you to manage and execute Enterprise Asset Management processes autonomously.

    Now Assist for EAM overview

    The Now Assist for EAM application helps streamline and automate the following Enterprise Asset Management processes:
    • Fulfillment of enterprise asset requests.
    • Management of enterprise asset troubleshooting and repairs.
    This automation reduces the number of complex and repetitive tasks that you must complete manually, helping you improve your productivity and increase your operational efficiency. With faster and increased resolution of your enterprise asset requests and repairs, you can better optimize your asset usage and costs.

    You can use Now LLM Service, Now LLM Long Term Stable models (LTS), Azure OpenAI, Google Gemini or Anthropic Claude on AWS as the AI model provider for all Now Assist skills and AI agents. Use the Configuration Controls in AI Control Tower to define which options are available, then set the skill-level preferences in the Now Assist Admin console.
