Enable AI search so that users can start the case intake process from the search menu in Care Team Portal.

## Vorbereitungen

Role required: admin

## Prozedur

1. Navigate to AllSystem Properties.
2. Select glide.service_portal.enable_ais_portal.allow_list.
3. In Value, add the <kbd class="ph userinput">Care Team Portal</kbd> sys_id.
4. Select Save.

## Ergebnisse

The case intake process can now be initiated from the search menu in Care Team Portal.
