The following roles are installed with Care Team Work Management.

| **sn_cto.loc_support_agent** | Care Team Location Support Agent | Contains: sn_hco.loc_support_agent wm_read (if Field Service Management is installed) | Views/resolves all cases under assignment group and tracks and fulfills cases. |
| **sn_cto.care_team_agent** | Care Team Agent | Contains: sn_cto.loc_support_agent sn_task_plan.viewer wm_basic sn_hco.care_team_membe | Works on care team tasks and smart assessments. |
| **sn_cto.care_team_agent_manager** | Care Team Agent Manager | Contains: sn_cto.care_team_agent sn_task_plan.creator sn_customerservice.svc_location_manager sn_hco.care_team_manager | Configures addition/removal of care team members, task plan templates, and smart questionnaire templates. |
| **sn_cto.admin** | Care Team Work Management Admin | Contains: sn_hco.admin sn_cto.care_team_agent_manager sn_task_plan.creator | Configures organizations and team structure and has all privileges of agent manager. |
