Learn how the following roles use Group Life Servicing to update
policies, review and approve underwriting, and send documents for group life policies.

With Group Life Servicing, contributors can submit requests, and processors can
work on the cases raised for the group policy case type.

## Predefined workflows on the Group life policy case type {#using-group-life-servicing__section_ygz_pyx_rsb}

Change member info is the workflow available on the group policy case type.

## Workspace {#using-group-life-servicing__section_k2k_3v1_wnb}

Contributors and processors use personalized Workspace to work on all aspects of insurance policy cases. Workspace enables these roles to do the following:

* Monitor workload and performance
* Focus on high-priority items
* Easily navigate across tasks
