This reference topic provides troubleshooting steps to resolve a customer or contact seeing the Upload Document button instead of the Sign Document button
in the Customer signature required playbook activity. This activity is for the Written Statement for Unauthorized Debit (WSUD) document verification task.

## Condition

The Upload Document appears instead of Sign Document in the Customer signature required playbook activity for the consumer or contact.  

## Cause

The Document Templates plugin (sn_doc) is not installed.

## Remedy

### Prozedur

1. Confirm that the Document Templates plugin (sn_doc) is installed.
2. Once the template is installed, refresh the playbook activity page.
