Manage the archive rule that is provisioned in the Card Disputes Service Case table of the Financial Services Card Operations application. With this rule, your organization can meet your dispute service case archiving requirements. By default, inactive cases that are more than two years old are automatically
archived.

Role required: admin

## Prozedur

1. Navigate to AllSystem ArchivingArchive Rules.
The system archiving rules that are in the base system are displayed.
2. View the Archive Dispute Service Cases rule.
   Hinweis:
The Archive Dispute Service Cases rule is that a case that is inactive and more than two years old is automatically archived. This is the default base system archiving rule for dispute service cases in the Card Disputes Service Case table \[sn_bom_credit_card_disputes_service\]. You can modify the archiving rule if necessary.
