Create a skill

    • Create a custom Now Assist skill directly while building a flow. When you add an Execute Skill action, you can choose an existing skill or create a new skill inline without leaving Workflow Studio.

    Vorbereitungen

    Roles required: flow_designer and sn_skill_builder.admin

    Make sure that the Now Assist Skill Kit plugin is installed and activated. For more information, see Install Now Assist plugins.

    Prozedur

    1. Navigate to All > Process Automation > Workflow Studio.
    2. On the homepage, select Flows.
    3. Build a flow or edit an existing flow.
    4. Add the Execute Skill action that is available under Now Assist skill kit.
    5. Select +Create New SKill.
    6. Specify the skill name, inputs, and outputs.
      A banner displays with a link to open the skill in Now Assist Skill Kit.
    7. In Now Assist Skill Kit, publish the skill.
    8. Navigate to All > Now Assist Admin > Features, search for the custom skill, and select Active skill.
    9. Test and publish the flow.
