    • Republish a TRM catalog to apply the latest TRM updates to the published knowledge base content.

    You must republish a TRM catalog to reflect the changes such as updates to the TRM category or TRM phase in the published knowledge base catalog.
    Hinweis:
    If you can’t republish the catalog due to permissions, contact a knowledge administrator to republish and apply the changes.

    Prozedur

    1. Navigate to Workspace > Enterprise Architecture Workspace.
    2. Open the Setup page by selecting the Setup icon Setup icon.
    3. Select the expand row icon (Expand Row icon) next to Publishing Center.
    4. Select All.
    5. Select the TRM catalog name to open its publishing configuration.
    6. Select Publish.
      The system starts republishing the catalog. You can open the Run logs tab to view job history and current status.

    Ergebnisse

    The knowledge base catalog reflects the latest TRM data and publishing configuration.
