View and manage records when referring to other records in the current Decision Tables, without switching to another screen.

## Before you begin

A label of type reference must be available in the Input interface.

Role required: admin

## About this task

You can view the detailed reference records in your current decision table instance. You can also open these records and make changes.

## Procedure

1. Navigate to AllProcess AutomationWorkflow Studio.
2. On the homepage, select Decision tables.
3. From the list of decision tables, select a decision table.
4. In the Decision table, select the column with the reference type.
5. Select an appropriate condition value.
For example, in the screenshot, the column labeled Incident has the condition set to <kbd class="ph userinput">is</kbd> and the value is set as <kbd class="ph userinput">INC0009005</kbd>.
An info icon ![reference record info icon]() appears in the value field.

   ![reference record column]()
6. Select the ![reference record info icon]() icon to view the record details.
