The External Related Files spoke stores information about files in third-party systems and helps you manage the information.

| Table | Description |
|-|-|
| External Provider \[sn_ext_files_spoke_provider\] | Stores information about the external provider. For example, Box or DocuSign services. |
| External Related Files \[sn_external_related_files\] | Stores metadata information about the files in third-party systems. This table is extensible. Note: If you extend the table, ensure that you perform the data separation for the scoped applications * To store metadata information of files in a specific third-party system, create a table with a column that contains a reference field to the External Related Files table.
