About Zero Copy Connector for ERP
- Connect to Oracle E-Business Suite (12.2 and later).
- Add Workday RaaS reports to read operations by pasting a sample report response.
- Use REST APIs to extend beyond SAP systems.
- Use the improved AI suggestions and interface to map fields in the Model Manager.
- As of version 29.2.11, ServiceNow Otto is the new AI experience brand. This change is reflected in the name of ServiceNow products, including ServiceNow Otto for Zero Copy Connector.

Install Zero Copy Connector for ERP and ServiceNow Otto for Zero Copy Connector by requesting them from the ServiceNow Store. Visit the ServiceNow Store to view all the available apps, and for information about submitting requests to the store. - Additional requirements
SAP ECC, SAP S/4 HANA, and Oracle E-Business Suite (12.2 and later) are the available systems that integrate with Zero Copy Connector for ERP.

- Workday RaaS reports in read operations
- Add a Workday Report-as-a-Service (RaaS) report to a read operation by providing the report URL and pasting a sample response. The model entity and its fields are created from the sample. The host and tenant come from the model's system connection, so you can paste the report URL exactly as Workday provides it.

- Building flows to read or update the ERP systemRequired and optional fields now display correctly in the Use ERP Data action when nested structures share a name.

- Support for Oracle E-Business Suite
- Select Oracle E-Business Suite (12.2 or later) as the ERP software when you configure an ERP system record. Oracle E-Business Suite connects through REST.
- Use Oracle EBS ISG services
- Add Oracle E-Business Suite Integrated SOA Gateway (ISG) services to a model using their Web Application Description Language (WADL) definitions. When you create a model entity for a WADL operation, Zero Copy Connector for ERP generates its fields from the operation's WADL and XSD definitions.
- AI search for WADL service endpoints
- Search for endpoints of discovered WADL services from the interface using AI Search.
- Row count for the scriptable API
- Call the
getRowCount()method on theAPIclass to return the total number of rows that a query matches without retrieving the records. Configure the query as you would forexecute().
What's deprecated or removed
