Activation and other requirements
- Activation information
Install Recruitment workspace by requesting it from the ServiceNow Store. Visit the ServiceNow Store to view all the available apps, and for information about submitting requests to the store. For cumulative release notes information for all released apps, see the ServiceNow Store version history release notes.
- Additional requirements
The Hiring Core application provides essential data models and shared components for Hiring Experiences. The application must be activated.

- Substitute interviewer
- Substitute an interviewer for any interview on a job where you're part of the hiring team, from Recruitment workspace. You don't need to reschedule the interview or update invites.
- List view in Recruitment workspace
- Monitor interview health from the Needs attention list view in Recruitment workspace.
What's changed
- Get overview of recruitment workload
- View all the job requisitions where you're listed as an additional recruiter or recruitment coordinator, on the home page cards and list view in Recruitment workspace. Previously, only the primary recruiter saw these requisitions in Recruitment workspace.
