The ServiceNow® Industrial Guided Tasks (IGT) application enables structured and guided execution of operational tasks using step-by-step digital workflows. IGT helps you maintain consistent work quality, safety compliance, and traceable execution. Industrial Guided Tasks is a new application in the Australia release.

Industrial Guided Tasks is automatically installed when you install Industrial Connected Workforce Mobile Experience as part of the ICW Foundational SKU. You can request ICW Mobile from the ServiceNow Store.

- Reports on question results
- Analyze inspection results question by question. Create reports on the new Industrial Guided Task Result [sn_icw_igt_results] database view, which combines the question responses of each task with its functional location, equipment, standard, and shift. Users with the sn_icw.report_user role can filter or group results by these fields, or filter on a single assessment question.
- Question bank
- Keep assessment questions consistent across standards without recreating them. Users with the new Industrial Guided Task Manager [sn_icw_igt.manager] role can create question banks and publish questions in them from the Assessment Workspace. Standard authors can then add published questions to sections in any IGT standard from the Task authoring tab. Each added question is an independent copy.
