The ServiceNow®
Industrial Analytics and Reporting application provides embedded dashboards that track safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance, plus execution analytics for Industrial Guided Tasks, directly in the Digital Factory Workspace. See the following sections for release notes by version.

## About Industrial Analytics and Reporting {#icw-analytics-rn__icw-analytics-rn-about}

* Monitor safety, quality, delivery, and cost (SQDC) performance for a functional location through inline dashboards, without leaving your operational workflows.
* Identify production shortfalls and dominant loss categories from a single view during shift handovers, daily reviews, and cadence meetings.
* Analyze IGT standard execution with shopfloor insights to uncover performance gaps and improve standards.
* Compare execution across shifts, with data aggregated according to the shift configuration of each functional location.

:   Activate the Industrial Analytics and Reporting plugin and its dependencies: RaptorDB Pro, PA Premium, PA DataSnapshots, and Industrial Guided Tasks. After activation, an administrator sets up the business calendars that drive shift-based data aggregation for each functional location.{#icw-analytics-rn__icw-analytics-rn-requirements-info-1}
