The ServiceNow® AI Agent Advisor application is an AI solution that automatically discovers automation opportunities in your instance and helps you to deploy AI agents to implement them. AI Agent Advisor is a new application in the Australia release.
About AI Agent Advisor
- View recommended intents identified from existing automation opportunities in the asset library.
- Create custom AI agents and edit existing agents for automation opportunities in the agent builder in AI Agent Studio.
- Use the automation opportunities enhancements to refine your view and identify opportunities.
- Delete a custom data source analysis that you no longer want to run for automation opportunity discovery.
- Choose from base system and pre-generated AI agents in AI Agent Studio to automate solutions to common issues.
- Analyze the custom tables and fields in your instance to find automation opportunities.
- Generate and edit AI agents through the AI Admin Center conversational experience.
- View automation opportunities as insights in AI Control Tower.
- Discover and take action on automation opportunities for Customer Service Management (CSM) using interaction data from chat, voice, and email channels.
- Match chat and voice agents along with existing agents and tools from a unified agent registry.
- Let AI analyze the CSM cases and ITSM incident records in your instance data and tell you exactly where automation will have the biggest impact.

- Activation information
AI Agent Advisor installs and runs automatically as part of the standard ServiceNow AI setup. AI Agent Advisor is available from the ServiceNow Store. For more information about the installation of AI Agent Advisor, see Configuring AI Agent Advisor.
Accessibility and localization
- Localization information
AI Agent Advisor supports machine translation for Australia. Localization is applicable to AI Agent Advisor in all languages supported by the ServiceNow AI Platform.

- View automation opportunities in AI Agent Studio
- View automation opportunities on the AI Agent Studio home page. Select the opportunity to create a custom AI agent or edit an existing AI agent in the agent builder.
- View recommended intents in the asset library
- Use the asset library to view intents identified from existing automation opportunities. The intents contain a short description and sample utterance text.

- The Lux experience provides a fresh look and feel for AI Agent Advisor in the AI Admin Center user interface, featuring revised pages and navigation to enhance your user experience.

- Automation opportunities enhancements
- Use the automation opportunities enhancements to refine your view and identify opportunities. The automation opportunities list shows quick-select filters. The Resolution steps page for an automation opportunity is enhanced to show matched opportunities for default AI agents, agent status, and tooltips with links.
- Delete custom data set analysis
- Delete a custom data source analysis that you no longer want to run for automation opportunity discovery.
What's changed
- Calculate savings projections for automation opportunities
- Use a single savings profile formula when configuring custom data sets for automation opportunity discovery. Multiple savings projections are no longer supported.
- Daily recommendation
- The daily recommendation is no longer visible. Only three default configurations are available for custom data sets.
