ServiceNow Otto generates application modules in UI Builder workspaces using natural-language prompts.

## Module generation overview

With the introduction of the ServiceNow Otto module generation feature, you can describe the modules you need through a prompt instead of manually creating and configuring each module in UI Builder.

The AI agent processes your prompts and generates various modules, including lists, records, URLs, scripts, dashboards, and folders.

## Module types

The AI agent supports creating the following module types:{#ai_module_creation_concept__entry__2}

| Type | Description |
|-|-|
| List | Displays records from a table with optional filters and views. |
| Single record | Opens a specific record form. |
| New record | Creates a record with optional role restrictions and views. |
| URL | Opens external or internal links with arguments and window configuration. |
| Script | Executes defined scripts with arguments and window settings. |
| Dashboard | Displays dashboard components. |
| Folder | Organizes modules hierarchically. |
