# Access recently opened apps and app files in ServiceNow Studio {#ariaid-title1}

Reopen recently accessed apps and app files in ServiceNow Studio from the home page or the Navigator panel.

## Before you begin

Role required: admin or delegated_developer

## Procedure

1. Navigate to AllApp EngineServiceNow Studio.
2. Open a recently accessed app or file from one of the following locations.

   | Location in ServiceNow Studio | Steps |
   | ServiceNow Studio home page | 1. Under Recently opened files or Recently opened apps, locate the app or file card you want to open. 2. Select anywhere in the card to open the app or file in a new tab in ServiceNow Studio. 3. To view a complete list of recently opened apps or files, select View all next to the appropriate category, then select the app or file in the Label column. {#qs-access-recently-opened-apps-files__ol_q2z_xk3_qcc} |
   | Navigator panel | 1. In the Navigator panel, select the Recent icon ![Recent icon]() to view all recently opened apps and files. 2. Select the app or file to open it in a new integrated tab. 3.
