The Manual Journal Entry Posting dashboard provides information and metrics about manual journal entry tasks.

## Journal Entry Task dashboard {#aes-erp-rdp-journal-entry-dashboard__section_jx3_mfm_vjc}

The Journal Entry Task dashboard provides charts and graphs with information about journal entry tasks. Select any section in a chart to open the list of records.

| Element | Description |
|-|-|
| Year picker | Set the year for dashboard charts to display, for example, FY25. You can select multiple years. |
| Status picker | Set the journal entry task status for dashboard charts to display, for example, drafted or approved. You can select multiple statuses. |
| New Journal Entry | Select to open the Create New Journal Task form and create a task. |
| Journal entry tasks pending by period | Number of open journal entry tasks sorted by period and company. |
| Journal entry tasks posted by company | Closed journal entry tasks, sorted by company. |
| Journal entry tasks open by status | Number of open journal entry tasks sorted by status. |
| Journal entry tasks by company and status | Number of journal entry tasks for each company, sorted by status. |
| Count of journal entry tasks by period | Number of journal entry tasks sorted by month and year. |

The Journal Entry lists tab contains lists of journal tasks and lines. Select a journal task or journal line number to view the record and obtain details.
