# Meeting page

# Meeting page {#ariaid-title1}

The meeting page is a structured workspace for preparing and following up on touchpoint meetings. It displays pre-meeting or post-meeting content depending on the meeting state.  
To view the meeting page, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the List view in the CSM/FSM Configurable Workspace and select All Touchpoints.
2. Navigate to AllCSM/FSM Configurable WorkspaceListAll Touchpoints.
3. Open a Touchpoint record from the list, navigate to the Meeting tab and select to the Meeting page.

   The content displayed on the meeting page depends on the meeting state. When the state is Draft or Scheduled, the [Meeting preparation brief](https://servicenow-prod.fluidtopics.net/n99ae0iw7ab9A4soG8f_NQ "When a meeting is in Draft or Scheduled state, the meeting page displays the preparation brief to help customer success managers prepare for the conversation.") page is displayed. When the state is Completed, the [Meeting recap](https://servicenow-prod.fluidtopics.net/qrBFxht8l2xHYhVWaqE~ng "When a meeting is completed, the meeting page displays a recap of the meeting, including an AI-generated summary, success tasks, and records associated with the meeting.") page is displayed.

## Meeting and account information {#account-lifecycle-meeting-page__section_left_panel}

The Meeting and account information panel is present in both the pre-meeting and post-meeting views. It displays contextual information about the meeting and the associated account.

Meeting details
:   Displays the meeting title, status, scheduled date and time, virtual meeting link, and the linked touchpoint. Select the pencil icon to edit the meeting title, start and end date and time, virtual meeting link, and touchpoint
    association. Select Save to apply changes or Cancel to discard them.

Participants
:   Lists meeting participants grouped by account or organization. Each group is collapsible. Each participant entry shows the participant's avatar, name, and role. Select the pencil icon to add or remove participants. Select
    Save to confirm changes.

Account
:   Displays the account name, description, and key account metrics including contract value, stage, go-live date, next renewal date, current health, and the last active touchpoint. Select the account name to open the record.

## Related Items {#account-lifecycle-meeting-page__section_related_items}

The Related Items panel displays related lists for the meeting record, including occurrences, meeting participants, and meeting summary.
