Export business portfolio data to Excel or CSV
Export the business portfolio list data to Microsoft Excel or CSV so that you can use the data to share with stakeholders and prepare for analysis.

Open the Business capabilities hierarchy page by selecting the Business Portfolio icon (
).

Select the export icon (
) on the Business capabilities hierarchy page.

From the File type drop-down on the Export window, select Excel or CSV to export the data to a Microsoft Excel or CSV file respectively.
Ergebnisse
A file with the selected format is downloaded and saved in your local system.

You can also include the business applications data associated with the business capabilities, in the downloaded file. You must select the
Expand row icon (
) next to a business capability to ensure that the associated business applications for that capability are displayed onscreen and then follow the export process. Doing this ensures that the business application
data is also included in the downloaded file.
