You can add an existing business capability to a value stream stage to map your organizational capabilities to the stages of your value streams. You can also remove associated business capability if they’re no longer relevant
for the value stream stage.

Navigate to .

Open the Portfolio List view by selecting the Portfolio icon

Select the expand row icon (
) next to Business Architecture.

Select Value Stream Stages.

Select the value stream stage that you want to add a business capability to.
A new page appears, displaying the details of the value stream stage.

Select the Business Capabilities tab.

Select Add.

On the Add business capability pop-up, select the existing business capability that you want to add to the value stream stage.

Select Add.
The business capability is added to the value stream stage.

To remove an associated business capability from the value stream stage, select the business capability and then select Remove.
The business capability is removed from the value stream stage.
Hinweis:
- You can select and remove multiple business capabilities simultaneously.
- This action just removes the association between the value stream stage and the business capability. The business capability record isn’t deleted from the system.
