- Faster Log Streaming: The Lightning gRPC client significantly increases log streaming speeds to Health Log Analytics by up to six times, enhancing communication with the ServiceNow instance. Manual configuration is required for activation.
- Glide Syslog Integration: Stream log messages from the System Log table (Glide Syslog) directly to the Health Log Analytics AI engine (Occultus). Only one Glide Syslog data input can exist at a time and does not run on a MID Server.
- Localization: Available languages include US English, UK English, French, German, Italian, Japanese, and Spanish, with US English set as the default.
